My performance at Suno was very much on demand from the creative team. Despite the position as Ux, the performance itself was almost a web designer. Even so, I tried to employ good experience and usability practices throughout my journey there.

I did a lot for Black Friday and also worked directly on the bank's marketing emails study, but I no longer have access to the files.

Santander - AAdvantage

A demand that did not go as well as expected, but which is part of the design process, was this hotsite which, despite everything, turned out better than the previous version. 🤣

I noticed that in advertising agencies, the deadlines are incompatible with the workflow necessary for the delivery of demands that are not pure and simple "web design". Generally, there is no room for research processes, tests, and quick iterations. In fact, there is hardly any time to create simple wireframes before the high-fidelity artifact.

Works like this make me understand the importance of a well-defined and valued experience and product design process in a company's culture.
